Popcorn 1 to 2 upgrade issue

Purchased the Popcorn 2 upgrade. Paypal payment went to DR *Sonic Solutions. I was expecting an email with the upgrade instructions. Nothing. I was able to download Popcorn 2, but I can't get past the cd key page with my Popcorn 1 cd key. Who should I be contacting for help? Roxio or Digital River? I was hoping to start using it today, but I doubt there's any Tech support available on the weekends.


Update: I'm all set. I finally got the email from Digital River.
