Customize menu not working?

After i remove the menu audio i right click on the menu screen and there is no option to "edit menu back round" just to change to the default ones installed in the program. Also in the bottom left of my screen theres isnt that "project view" he has.
I dont understand, that link shows how to do it but my roxio doesnt look like that, he has extra screens like the "project view" and when he right clicks he has more options...

Is your EMC 9 purchased from a store or downloaded from Roxio's site? If not, it is an OEM version, and all programs may not work the same as the retail version.

Its downloading now, i was wandering does the change backround recognize a VOB file (2MB) for a new backround?
the dvd burner recognizes the other VOB files to create the main movie but doesnt seem to add the others as the menu or split it into chapters automatically....
will the full version fix all this?

uninstall/reinstall running msconfig, windows cleanup.......
i dont get how my lite verison worked and this i cant even burn a simple dvd.
i am absolutely livid.

Did you try the manual activation? Your firewall may be part of the problem.
Of course, the activation server may be down for maintenance.
