I have recently purchased a download of Easy Meadia creator 9.1 and can not download the ContentCDv9.1.
It says to many downloads, think 111 of 75 allowed.
To date have not managed to download a copy of the Content CD and contacted support numerous times without any success.
Think the problem was the "Free download manager" that opened 8 sessions at the time and after several download failures it clocked up the download count.
It seems when one presses the downlad button on the order form it increases the counter.
The same happend to me when ordering the backup CD, which failed and now I can not order it again because it thinks I have done so already.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to get the ContentCD9.1, have given up contacting support after about 30-40 emails.
Thanks Helmut

Well, you can try without so at least you know for sure if the dl manager is the problem.

Unfortunately this is no longer the problem.
The problem is that I have exceeded the download limit for the ContentCDv9.1 file and no one at Sonic/Roxio support responds to my emails and resets the download limit.

Make sure your spam blocker is not blocking the e-mail from Roxio. They have a knowledge base article about it.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Download managers are a problem in that they make multiple connections to download files in "chunks", and each of those connections are counted as a download attempt, which does quickly use up the allotted downloads. I thought they had it noted in the download instructions not to use them. The problem is that I have exceeded the download limit for the ContentCDv9.1 file and no one at Sonic/Roxio support responds to my emails and resets the download limit.

You may have better luck calling them (800 #) or using the live chat (when available) if you can. Info is on the EMC 9 contact page. You could also try contacting Digital River (the place that handles the downloads). There is an 800 number for calling them also. That info is in this KB article.

Many thanks, this issue is now resolved,
called Digital Rivers directly and the support fixed it straight away,
seems emails don't work.
