Just purchased Creator Suite 9, after downloading and un-installing twice nothing still seems to work. I previously had Basic 7 and it worked great. Have been trying to find out how to re-download it, But Roxio support doesn't seem to want to tell me how or where to find how to do it. I still have the key to download it.

If you don't have the original files (presuming they worked) re-downloads should be available but you'd need to contact customer services

If you do have the files, open them with winrar or winzip (they're actually self-extracting archives) to a folder anywhere and run setup.exe from the 'program' file. If they can't open then they're corrupted and you will need to download again
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
