Rapsody Music Service

Hope some one can help. I have a Boze Home Theater Sys. When I try to play a cd I have
burned I get an error message unrecognized format.
The ones I buy in store play fine. I have Raposdy Music Service. Called them no help at all.
What am I doing wrong?
