emc9rmv zip file and trojan horse

When I tried to download this file and run it, Windows blocked it and the McAfee antivirus program indicated the file had a trojan horse.  Please help!  Thank you.

AVG does the same thing to me but Roxio has posted that it is definitely not a virus.
Please post here if this zip file fixes your invalid cd key problem.  It does not seem to work for everyone.

What happens is that AV checks detect that the file alters the registry (which is what it's meant to do in order to remove the Roxio entries) and it's flagged as a generic Trojan because that's how Trojans operate.

It is not a Trojan in that it doesn't do damage but just removes certain ebtries
