I've spent numorous hours trying to Burn a compilation of Videos Using the Dik Copier Video Compilation to then burn in DVD format.  Each time I try I get the following error which states - Unspecified Error [0x80004005].  Does anyone have any suggestions.

I don't know if this is the same, but have you applied the 8.05 update?

I saw that this was an issue in version 7, but i am not certain if it is an issue in version 8

Issue

When I burn a VideoCD in DVD Builder, I get an error during encoding,
"0x80004005...."

Cause
Resolution

This issue has been resolved in an update for Easy Media Creator 7. Please follow the
instructions below to install the latest update:
1. Apply updates for Easy Media Creator 7
a. Double-click on the "Roxio Easy Media Creator Home" icon on your Desktop
b. Under the "Tools" section, click on "Extra's and Utilities".
c. Click on "Roxio Updater".
d. Click on the "Update" button.

I saw the update you are referring to regarding vdersion 7 and yes I have updated to 8.05 also completely reinstalled V8 along with 8.05 and still get the same error message.
