Is there a way to force a write speed to be slow? I cannot get the copy speed to be slower than 6x. I have an older DVD player that is picky about the discs I use. As long as I choose a write speed (for DVD) of 4x or slower, the discs work perfectly. Problem, if I use the good discs my player likes (TDK DVD+R) the drop down copy menu won't allow me to select a speed slower than 6x. Can I force it back to 4x?
TIA

Wouldn't it be easier to replace the Player???
Faster burners do not offer some of the slower speeds anymore. At least not all of them.
Actually, using a slower speed with new burner will probably result in more errors as they are optimized to run at high speed.
