MANUAL ACTIVATION PROCESS

I tried John's manual activation process. When I get to thw Offline Product Activation Window...there is NO product 25 Digit Key in orange to copy. So what do I do now? Help please. Thanks.

You don't enter the CD - Key you used to install the software, you use the 25 digit key the offline activation window should display.

If you did not receive the Activation code, then contact Roxio.

Give Roxio a call and see what assistance they may provide. A few forum members have gotten lucky. It is also reported that some anti-virus software stops the pop-up window from showing correctly. You could try disconnecting your computer from the internet, disabling your anti-virus, and then attempt the manual activation process again.

Post back and let us know if either step helped.
