Error Message 03E9.8007002 upon installation

I would appreciate any help someone can give.

I have just purchased a copy of Easy Media Creator 9 and when trying to install it on a vista machine, I get the error message "03E9.80070002" and are unable to load the software.

thank you in advance for any suggestions you can give.
