Internal Error 010E.80070006 Installation

I was advised by Roxio live chat to do a clean install because when I added Text, the text did not show, only an hour glass. Note: Everything else was running fine. mad.gif

Well, I followed the clean install instructions to the T. When I went to reinstall EMC9, I got this error about 3 minutes waiting for setup to begin. Any ideas? Now I can't re-install EMC9.

Secondly there is a Cddbwomanagerrioxio file in C\Windows\system 32 it is 88K and an Application Extn. That is the only reference of Roxio on the entire system. Can I delete this file? And, if so, would it have anything to do with the fact that I can't re-install EMC9?

Please please, I am finishing up a video for a party tonight.
