Vista Ultimate 64bit / 4 GB memory / Roxio Easy Media Creator Version: 9.0.183

Roxio was bundled with my Plextor DVD recorder, looks great on my screen, but . . . .

While trying to create a simple slide show (three images), the program goes into 'Analyzing Media Files' mode (several places along the way). Up comes the progress bar form with zero activity. I've let it run as long as a half hour, no progress. Tried running in XP Service Pack 2 mode, same results? Help appreciated - IM

grandpabruce - Thanks for the word! I'm sure if the patch were going to be available in the near term you would have said so - IM

I don't work for Roxio, so I don't know.  I am a user, just like you, except that I am not running 64 bit anything.
