  I have used (and as a dealer sold) EZ CD Creator for nearly 12 years.  Rarely had a problem with any of the versions until this one (Version 8)  Everything I have done in previous versions I was able to transfer to the new one.  With Version 8 all the labels, and I use them on a regular basis, are totally useless.  Furthermore, all the commercial label formats/templates (Avery, Neato, etc.) are gone.  No label from 7/7.5 will open properly in 8 and if I try to reopen them in 7.5 it tells me it is the wrong format.  I reinstalled 7.5 on my system redid all the labels and now I have problems printing them.  It seems the two versions don't want to reside on the same system.  Installed 7.5 on a differnt system and all works well.  It seems that in the rush to get 8 out to market someone totally forgot to check the label printing part of the program.  I read a previous post and that we should try using a program that came with the labels.  That's ok if you only use one manufacturer of labels.  But reality is that stores have a habit of changing what they carry and you have to change.   :) What was neat was that earlier versions had the formats/templates for a variety of label suppiers and with a little tweaking you could use anyones label and get consistent, accurate and good labels from one program.  When is Sonic/Roxio going to get this great program back to the quality it use to be?????

I know that is a rhetorical question.  Many people have complained about Label Creator in V 7 and V 8.  I'm not sure if a repair/ replacement of that program is high on their priority list.  Since Sonic bought out Roxio, we may see more Sonic programs coming into the Roxio programs.  I know it is a bother using multiple label making software but that is where we are today. :)
