I am going to try reinstalling this program (which I've already reinstalled some 5 times on XP machines, none of which worked very well) on a Vista machine now. Do you have the kind of detailed clean uninstall directions for Vista that you have pinned at the top of this page for XP? I'd really appreciate it.

Which one? I didn't see anything there that looked like it would relate to a clean install.

I have contacted the chat and got the link that goes to the Vista clean unistall page. Maybe you should pin a post with it next to the XP directions?
