I'm trying to instal AVG, but its installer won't allow it because of a bug it has found in Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator and I have to upgrade to a newer version. I haven't registered this product yet (VideoWave) because I haven't used it, but I would now like to. When I go to the registration page, I'm asked for a TID, but the disc that came with the computer (DELL) doesn't have a TID and your example of the TID on your website is so small I can't read it. I do have the barcode on the original backup disc supplied withthe bundle.
I tried to enter the number but it won't accept it.What do I do?

That was the name of the suite two versions ago. If you have version 5 or 6, please post in those forums.
