I am getting an Invalid CD Key Message when I try to install EMC 9. This is a new install. I am installing on a Dell Inspiron laptop that has Windows XP Media Edition. Can someone help me?

Thanks.

Don't post the key here wink.gif

Make sure you don't mix up 0 (zero) with O (upper case O) or 1 (one) with l (lower case L)

If it still won't accept the key, contact customer services and let them know - no-one here can supply you with a key
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

I did contact Customer Service. They asked me to contact Technical Support, which I did. I did see a few Invalid CD Key posts in this forum. Looks like a few others have had this problem as well.....
