Missing Roxio_central Custom Installation

I have a VAIO GRT250P running XP Pro, Pentium 4, 2.66 GHz, GeForce4 420 Go video card with 32 Mb. Started out with the download version but after several chats with tech support they agreed to send the installation and content disks. Build 805B30B ENU. In attempting to deal with text editor problems Tech support suggested intalling without cineplayer, which requires copying the installation disk to a hard drive folder and removing cineplayer contents. All goes well with installation except that the "Roxio Central" folder is not placed into Common Files\Roxio Shared, hence the Main folder with Roxio_Central.exe does not exist. I have installed all modules except Drag-to-Disk and Photosuite. Is there a way to include Roxio_Central or is this blocked by the absence of Cineplayer?

I don't think it will matter trying to run EMC 8 with a "GeForce4 420 Go video card with 32 Mb".
