i just brought a hp photosmart c5280 printer.  i have roxio creator basic 9v installed on my laptop.  it has the roxio express labeler installed with it.  when i try to print a cd/dvd label using the roxio express labeler v3.2.14, the printer display a message that the "cd/dvd tray is open" although the tray is not opened. i contacted hp tech support and the technician i talked to said it was a roxio software problem.  do you know if this really is a roxio software problem or is it the printer?

please help!  by the way, i have windows vista on my laptop

Thanks

I don't know if this will help or not, but there is a pinned post in the EMC 8 forum about HP printers

Check it out and see if it can point you in the right direction
