I have just purchased EMC 9 and must admit to being a little apprehensive about the product. I cannot load it on my Vista machine as it halts the install with a Certificate File error. I hope the support people are on the ball and can help. Anyone else had this problem?
Nero 7 is a pain under Vista hence the move to EMC9 - sure hope I am not disappointed.
I have just read one Vista user who is dissatisfied with the product. Any other Vista users out there who can give good or bad feedback on the different applications on EMC 9?

I am back again with the solution if anyone else has had the problem with Certificate File errors.
Just disable the User Access Account and load your software. Not sure why - but it works. tongue.gif
