I'm trying to transfer two shows off my Tivos with Tivo Transfer, when I click the play button in Tivo Transfer I'm told:

You need additional software.

To watch your programs you need a licensed copy of Toast® 8 Titanium.

Fine, I do have that license.  See it in my email?  Where do I enter the code?

Maybe I'm being punished for not using the software in four months, but I did pay for it.  Any ideas?

Did you follow the steps described Here?
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

I'm having the same problem, and yes I'm following Roxio's steps.

I was getting the exact same message.  I fixed it by opening Toast, clicking on the Help menu and going through the "Toast Setup Assistant" again.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had just upgraded to Leopard and thought it was the problem.
