I have just installed My DVD 9 on my computer and when the Product Registration box popped up I clicked Try again and it tells me no Internet connection. I called in and they registered it for me, now I cannot get that box off my screen and use my product. I click cancel but everytime I restart my product the box comes back. What should I do?
