For some reason it takes a couple hours to process a 2 hour mpg movie, and then when it starts to burn, it stalls out after a few minutes. I need to discard partial burn disc, and then go back through the long 2 hour process. Is there any way to save the processed ready to burn file, so that I don't need to keep repeating that step? Also, is there any way to make 2 copies of a DVD, without going over the entire processing process? Not very happy with Easy Media Creator 8!

Maybe create an image first. Then burn that image to the disc. That will separate the two processs of encoding and burning. You may be successful doing it that way. Then you can use the image file to burn to disc to make more copies.

I can relate to what Larryr8732 said. So now I look at MyDVD project and I don't see any way to create an image file there. So I looked into Creator Classic Application and I see how to create an disc image file or folder there. What I don't like is it seems Creator Classic can't use the project created in MyDVD Application. Well that sucks...or I'm missing some important insight here.
I ran into an issue where I wanted to make multiple copies of my DVD project and in MyDVD there was no option to burn multiple copies of the DVD. So, I initially had to wait the 45 minutes that my project took to render a DVD each time. Of course I could copy the first DVD. So this burn to disc image file or folder option I like for this application and for avoiding the issues Larryr mentioned. Now my question is, is it available in MyDVD? Is there a compatable way to use the project created in MyDVD over in the Creator Classic so I can create a disc image file?

No you cannot open a MyDVD project in Creator Classic.I ran into an issue where I wanted to make multiple copies of my DVD project and in MyDVD there was no option to burn multiple copies of the DVD. To burn an image file (filename.iso) in MyDVD, after you select the burn function, in the burn options window uncheck the option to burn to disc and select the option to burn to an image file and select the path and the filename you want to use.
