[Let Down Customer]

I have a Treo 700 and it creates .3g2 files. I ordered this decoder and it behaved the same way before I purchased it.

The software does not do what your website advertises. I tried contacting support they said I need to go to live chat. There I found ask Roxy and that did not even have the product I purchased. I have spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to get help from your facility and want a refund.
