I installed Roxio 9 and have had nothing but trouble and frustration with it. Here is the problem I am trying to burn movies from a folder and i think i have everything set. The dvd drive will produce a pop up saying put a blank disc in, which of course i do. Then it shows an error with a few codes I have looked up this error and made the corrections or so i thought. Still it displays the same thing. Does anyone have any advice please.

Maybe you would like to tell us what these error codes are???
Likewise which program in the Suite are you using? – there are 35 included!
Can you otherwise burn DVD Movies using that drive/media?
