I have a copy of DVDit 6 Pro since 2005 and I have saved many projects. Now when I try to open up these projects or if I create a new one, save it, then try to open it I get a pop up grey screen saying DVDit Pro 6.exe - Application Error.
The instruction at "0x7c911bf4" reference memory at "0x007e5204". The memory could not be "written". Click here to exit.

Please can anyone help as I have tried customer services and after 8 days no responce. sad.gif

You can try a clean install of DVDit (search google for "clean install DVDit 5" for instructions).  Not sure that will work as it sounds like your windows installation has become corrupted.

Ummmm why would he want to install DVDit 5 when he is running 6 pro?
I have a very new win XP Pro installation and just put DVDit 6 pro in it today. I got to a point where I was trying to set begin and end points of the clips that I am using and now the program keeps locking up on me and becoming unresponsive. If I try to import saved project I cannot.
When I try to start all over again and make a new project, it seems that I can get so far, but then when I add one of the videos I previously tried to set begin/end points at is where program crashes. This is getting VERY annoying....

PS: I am using MYDVD portion of EZMEDIA CREATOR 10 to capture the videos because that is what the pre-sales gal told me to do. I was having a hard time trying to figure out the editing and burning portion of CREATOR so I bought DVDit 6 pro because I had previous DVDit experience....

This is an awfully old post to which you just replied.  Maybe consider a new thread?
