I'm not re-installing EMC9 until Roxio comes out with an update that solves most of the problems being discussed in these forums. What would be a good alternative DVD player to CinePlayer that I could use in the interim? Thanks.

I've seen posts here indicating having PowerDVD as a player as well.

Roxio doesn't do updates, just new versions you can buy.
