I've installed Roxio Creator Version 9 on my Windows Vista computer and I'm getting a couple of dialog boxes with error messages:
1. Skin Image "MenuSeparrator.phg found but cannot be loaded"
2. Runtime Error:
Program:...CommonFiles\Roxio Shared\9.0\SharedCom\RoxWatchTray9.exe
This application has requested the RunTime to terminate it in an unusual way.
When I click OK to close the dialog box it starts some kind of setup/configuration. It then states that the computer must be rebooted, which it does, but take a very long time. Once rebooted, the entire problem repeats.
Is this a known bug? If not can you please tell me what I need to do to correct the problem. If it's a known bug do you have a solutions. If not, is it being worked on and when will it be corrected?

It could be a bad install.
When in doubt, reinstall.
If it installs, it's supported.
If it installs, it's supported.

Cure is simple - disable RoxWatchTray9.exe from starting up
This can be done via msconfig or the Vista equivalent

I'm running XPPro SP 2 on a laptop with all the necessary equipment/memory and got the same message. Had done the clean uninstall/reinstall as per customer support instructions. Have tried to change details on the msconfig screen - no go. Have sent several messages to Customer Suport, and while they have been very quick, I'm not getting any further ahead. How is it that there are few people on here that don't seem to be experiencing problems, and a lot that are?
