When I close the version of Roxio provided on my new Dell Inspiron 9400, I get a series of three errors:
1. The instruction at "0x00a8a2f5' referenced memory at "0xffffffff". The memory could not be read.
2. The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read.
Both above errors application errors referencing 'Mediahub.exe'.
3. Program "....mediahub.exe"
R6025 - pure virtual function call
Error #3 is a visual C++ runtime error.
How can I fix these errors?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Try searching the Roxio KB (or search the boards here) for the errors. Here's just a couple that may help.
