You did not say what Operating System you have.  If it is Vista, then consider yourself lucky that the apps just refuse to run.  Lots of users have more severe problems.  There are several here with no problems, but I believe that is not the norm.  They will suggest you install several times.  Eventually it may work for you.  You need to do a clean install, so read http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000086CR



After purchasing this program, I have installed the Record Now9, Music Lab.  After using it for about three weeks, I get the message." your trial version of this product has expired."  What is the problem? I brought this at the best buy store. What did I do wrong or what is the problem? bob

Did you run Norton OBC (One Button Checkup) and let it fix things by itself?

There have also been reports McAffee has a similar problem.
