Mydvd Stripping Last 2-3seconds Of Each Video File importing multiple mpeg1 files to make continues, but last 2 seconds o

I made a home movie, it is in several mpeg1 files. I IMport them into 1 movie as each mpeg1 is a chapter in the movie.

Yet 203 seconds at the end of each chapter is cut off. Some scenes it doesn't matter others it cuts off someone who is talking.

How do I fix this?
