Hi,

I am having the Sonic Digital Media v7.0 which came with HP pavilion Note book. When I try to copy the DVD by using the copy function, I am getting the error message at the end of the copying when it has only 2 seconds left(after taking approx. 30 mins). The error message is ' The disc may not be clean or contains dust particles on it. Try again by cleaning the disc'. No matter how many DVD's(Clean ones or new ones) I have experimented with, I still get the same message. I have been using this function from a long time and it used to work fine for me. I tried by re-installing the software but did not have any luck.
