I HAVE BURNED COPIES OF MY HOME VIDEO TAPES ON A SONY COMBO VCR/DVD SET TOP BURNER PLAYER.  THE COPIES CAN THEN BE PLAYED ON ANY DVD PLAYER IN ITS ENTIRELY AND VERY GOOD I MIGHT ADD.  SO WHEN I WANT TO BURN COPIES OF THESE DVD'S USING POPCORN IT SEEMS TO ONLY TO COPY PARTS OF THE ORGINAL DVD (LIKE CERTAIN CHAPTERS ARE MISSING) WHAT WOULD CAUSE THIS AND WHAT I AM I DOING WRONG?    PLEASE HELP   PS THEY ARE ALL UNDER 120 MIN DVD AND NO COMPRESSION SEEMS TO BE NEEDED.

Set-top DVD burners usually can record video in 2 modes - VR or DVD-Video. Are you sure these discs play in any set-top player, or just the one you recorded with?

Do the discs playback fine (e.g., all chapters) on your Mac using the Apple software DVD player?

If no, then you may need to make sure you have finalized the discs and set them into standard DVD-Video mode (this is done on the set-top player).

If yes, then Popcorn DVD copy option should just copy them fine.

You need to list the exact steps you are doing.

(BTW - typing in all CAPS is like shouting, and is considered bad form...)
