I have windows vista home premiun. Sigma Tel High definition sound card. When I capture from line-in
I here know sound before recording or while record. I can here the sound on playback. None of the boxes
in the sound mixer is mute.

This is a common problem in Vista.It has nothing to do with Roxio but is caused by the way that Vista processes sound and interacts with your sound card.A lot of people have this problem and it's just a matter of luck and having a card that will give you an input that actually works.
