Update Error 13001 update service does not recognize this product. Product not registered with the update service. Please contact your vendor for software updates. Is there a fix?

Yes, No…

There was only one update to V8 there will never be another. It was removed from the auto updates

If you have Build 800B85C then there is an update. If you don't have that specific Build, there is no update and attempting to use the update will create problems!

I have Module Name:
Roxio Creator 8 Suite Home
Version: 3.0.0
Build: 3.0.86B

Based on what you have said, it doesn't apear as though I have an issue.

Thanks

To find the build you have, open Creator Classic, click on Help, then About.   What you clicked on was the Help file from the main page which lists Sonic Modules, not Roxio, even though it is Roxio Home.

The Build says 805B30B ENU

Is that what you were looking for?

Thanks!

Appreciate to support and your knowledge. I may need to upgrade to EMC9 because I can't upload picutes to my iPod with EMC8. Have a great weekend! Nice to know I dod not have a problem.
