hi
here is my story...i installed roxio easy media 9.i tried to import pictures from my digital camera to my computer though roxio.it would work ....them i realized i still had nero photos omn my computer.t unin-
stalled nero then i found that i had installed roxio twice..all i did was to install roxio with the 2 cds that
came with the software.now i need to uninstall roxio but it says that another installation is in progress
when i try to delete it.the windows installer keeps trying to install it but it cant.what can i do?

ps it was working ok before i remnoved nero photo

You could try using system restore to before you uninstalled Nero. Then try to uninstall EMC 9.


When you say you installed EMC 9 twice, what exactly do you mean? There are two CDs, one is to install the EMC 9 suite (which should be done first); the second is to install extra content (themes, etc).
