Depends, there are so many versions of EMC 9 that this cannot be definitive. I have 9.1. Go to the Home > Application page and look to the right under utilities. It may be there.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Also you can just run PhotoSuite 9, too. It allows you to open mulitple image files at once.
