i have called and emailed roxio and sonic for help with this, but no one seems to have the same answer.
i put the Roxio RecordNow9 music lab (orange box) cd into my cd drive to download the software.
first message - disconnect roxio dla. second message - error code 0005. i d/c'd the dla, but continued to get the error code message. tried this 3 times.
went to start>roxio>creator plus. there was an ad to buy creator plus.
went to start>sonic>music disc creator>make audio cd>creator plus there was an ad to buy creator plus.

what am i doing incorrectly?

i have the required tech needed to run this software.
