When I open the application, the programme freezes, will not close down will not allow drag & drop.

Sends the above error report, Roxio site doen't seem to support this product with patches or upgrades.

2 month old Toshiba Satellite Pro Windows XP professional, product supplied as part on the OEM package, much preferred the simple drag & drop burning on my old ACER using a Microsoft XP programme.
