I've been trying to create a seperate chapters menu, from the movie button.

Is it possible to have a link/button that you click for a chapter menu, while having a seperate button that will immeadiately start the movie? (like in a professional movie)?

If you had searched the boards, you would have come up with this one:

which shows you how to do it.

This 'wolf' needs to spend some time in the manual as well as the Help files…

It can be a bit humbling when you step into this with both feet! On the other hand, it's quite amazing what one can accomplish if he or she has a lot of time to spend doing it.

Although software can make things 'easier', video editing can be very time consuming. It depends on how picky you are about the final output. smile.gif I spent 7 months on my nephew's 10th Anniversary DVDs. Only two hours on two discs. I carried a color 'theme' though the videos, DVD menus, Case cover and disc covers. Included footage from 3 video camcorders and hundreds of still images from 4 cameras. Was worth every minute I spent working on it. Looked great.
