Install EMC7 Can't get past the Customer Info input screen

I uninstalled EMC7 and tried to reinstall. At first i got an error message that had me going into my registry and delete an entry. That got me to the point where the install process goes to the Customer Info input screen. Then the install process hangs up.

Any help? sad.gif

There is no error message that would ever send you to the Registry. At least not directly…

Two ways to go at this point:

Use a restore point to put you back to where you were before you entered the registry.

Or try Roxizap, to see if it can help.

I would go with Plan A.

One other thought, If you have let Windows install IE7, it will never work!
