Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing Roxio to fight with Microsoft?  Just about every time I try to burn a copy of a DVD that I created from TV I get BLUE SCREEN on my Dell Windows XP computer.  It's happened from day one and I've uninstalled/reinstalled Roxio time and time again.  I was thinking about upgrading to Roxio 10... but have my serious doubts that it will work any better.  Any comments or help is much appreciated.  vg0910@verizon.net

Thanks,  Tori

Tori, the verion you have is obviously an OEM version.  Have you contacted Dell?  Would you please answer a few questions?  What kind of files are these and how are you capturing these tv files? Have you installed any other software that might conflict?
