Win XP
I may have used the Standard Install rather that Complete Install.
Because- I cannot find Sound Soap anywhere on Home Page. It never asked for the S/N Key Code.
Also, the Dazzle input device has a tab on it saying to "install software first" Is that software on the 9 Program installation disc? No seperate disc for Dazzle was included.

Should the above be because I didn't do a Complete Install, what should I do?
Uninstall 9 from control panel, add/remove programs?
Then reinstall Complete?

Of course, I bought this last week and Roxio comes out with 10 today. Bummer
Thanks,
Ray

Sound Soap isn't a Roxio program and won't be on the home page

Check your start>Programs menu and you will see it there as a separate entry
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

SoundSoap is in the program list under the Bias group.

For the Dazzle, try this KB article

Actually the XP drivers are on the EMC9 installation - for Vista you would need to go to the Pinnacle website for them

SoundSoap does not show up on the Start>All Programs list. So I must have not done the Complete Install.
I will uninstall 9 Deluxe using uninstall in the Control Panel and then reinstall.
I have XP

Thanks, guys.

You shouldn't have to uninstall it. Just go into add/remove programs and do a Modify.

You don;t have a Start->All Programs->Bias listing?

No, no Bias listing.

In add/remove programs there are 12 Roxio programs plus one Sonic CinePlayer Decoder Pack and one Sonic Encoders..
I need a guru to hold my while playing with any of these things.
Sigh...

Then it didn't install it. Probably need to do the custom one. Try the Modify route thru add/remove and do a custom.

Yes, XP.
Well, I bit the bullet and did a complete uninstall of 9. Re-install worked like a charm- no problems there.
Until installing driver for Dazzle. My computer locks up when trying to exit Dazzle import. I've posted details under "Errors; Crashes; Hangs". If no relies soon, I'll move the discussion to this thread.
