EMC9 Deluxe to 10 Upgrade?

Using Windows XP, I have Easy Media Creator 9 Deluxe. Roxio offers an upgrade to Creator Suite 10 as a download. No mention of a 10 Deluxe. Are 9 Deluxe and 10 Suite compatable. Will Roxio offer an upgrade to 10 Deluxe?

I think there's a link for an upgrade option (with discount)

If you open up the EMC9 Roxio Home, then go to the Welcome item in the Home section (if it doesn't load there automatically). There should be a link on there labeled Upgrade to NEW Creator 10 + Save! that if you click on it takes you to a page offering the 10 Suite for 69.99. There's a button on that page labeled Add On that has the Deluxe upgrade offer on it.
