Audio Converter limits WMA to 128 kbps

Why does the Audio Converter limit conversion to WMA format to 128 kbps? It should also do 160 and 192 kbps. Any way to fix it?

Probably design or converted limitations (or legal issues).  Doubt that you can do anything with it.  

Just for my information, why use wma format at higher kbps?  The 96 (yes, it does that) and the 128 are CD quality.  If you want to preserve quality, use an uncompressed format like wav or any of these: (under edit)
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
