Just wondering how long it takes to hear back from Roxio support if a problem ticket has been opened. Would it be faster to post a question here or wait for an answer to my ticket which was opened 1.5 days ago?

Since it's the weekend, you might get a reply here sooner, but since it's a very new version people might not have answers for you yet.

Still, if you have a problem post a question and see. It's well worth a try.
