I have put music tracks on a DVD-RW. Later when I want to add more tracks, I get the message that it cannot add more tracks without ersing the first set. How do I stop this from happening so I can add more tracks to the first set?

I doubt if you can and still have a playable disc…
The type of media has absolutely no bearing on whither you can add data later!
The only thing that effects adding data later is how you burn the disc!
There are 35+ programs in the Suite, which specific program did you use and what settings were used within that program?
Dell 8300 3.0ghz 1.5gb RAM 300gb & 200gb HDs
XP Pro/SP2
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 w/AGP8X

The big question here is ...where have you been for 15 months?
AND you still did not answer the question you were asked.
