I am running Windows Vista Home Premium OS on a Dell XPS 410 PC. I have TiVo Desktop installed on the PC and have used it to download video from my TiVo DVR to the PC. I want to use Roxio Creator 9 to burn the TiVo video to a DVD.

When I attempt to load the "Create DVD" subapp, I receive the following error message:

"VideoWave 9 has stopped working"

When I attempt to load the "Quick DVD" subapp, nothing happens.

How can I fix my system so that I can use Creator 9 to burn TiVo videos as indicated in the the list of the application's features?????

Type in Tivo in the search box, above right, and you should get lots of hits.
