Hi !
I purchased a new PC with Windows Vista.
Now i tried to install my old myDVD software but the installation stop
in the beginning and i receive the message (translated from swedish):
"Cannot find a installation packet for DLA.msi. Try again using a valid copy of DLA.msi"
What is wrong?
Where can i get such a valid copy?
How do i use it?

If you want to use Packet-Writing (like Sonic DLA, Roxio Drag2Disc, Nero InCD, etc), Vista has a built-in Packet-Writing application.
The earliest Roxio/Sonic program that will work with Vista is EMC 9.1. EMC 10 also does, but the Packaet-Writing application(s) have been removed.
I don't use Packet-Writing; I lost enough data that way

Read the two preceeding answers to the original poster VERY CAREFULLY. It should answer your question.
