I just installed EMC 8. When I try to go to the help menu in any application, I get the table of contents but when I click on the sub topics it trys to open an internet page then comes back and says it cannot find the html file it is looking for.

Try turning off any pop up blockers you have and see if that works. Also, things like Norton Internet Security might be causing the problem. You can try disabling it to see if that helps.

Try turning off the popup blocker in your browser temporarily. The help files are viewed as web pages and it might be blocking them.
"Do you wanna see me crawl across the floor to you?
Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?
I'd gladly do it because....."
