Audio / Video Not Syncronized Audio / Video not syncronized

[font=Comic Sans Ms][size=7]While opening a file into the story line to cut out unwanted areas, the audio and video are not syncronized. Any suggestions?

After playing around with the story line, it turns out that as soon as I fast forward or move the blue line marker, the audio becomes unsyncronized with the video.
